Well, cloudy again.  But, a small break in the cloud allowed a few seconds of seeing the International Space Station.  And, this small break gave us enough of a bearing on its orbit that we could see it once or twice again in another break.

Kind of a geeky thing to get excited about, for sure.  But, it is magical watching that bright light arc across the sky and think about what it took to get it there.

We were looking forward to seeing the space station pass by.  9:15 is agreat time, about 4 minutes to pass by.  Except too rainy – washed out.  We get another chance at 9:26 tonight here in DC.  The shuttle is attached, so it’s supposed to be as bright as Venus.
