			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, cloudy again.  But, a small break in the cloud allowed a few seconds of seeing the <a href="http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/main/index.html">International Space Station</a>.  And, this small break gave us enough of a bearing on its orbit that we could see it once or twice again in another break.</p>
<p>Kind of a geeky thing to get excited about, for sure.  But, it is magical watching that bright light arc across the sky and think about <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_exploration">what it took to get it there</a>.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[We were looking forward to seeing the space station pass by.  9:15 is agreat time, about 4 minutes to pass by.  Except too rainy &#8211; washed out.  We get another chance at 9:26 tonight here in DC.  The shuttle is attached, so it&#8217;s supposed to be as bright as Venus.]]></description>
